Three Students Shot Near Jersey City High School

Three Jersey City high school students were hospitalized Friday after a dispute between two groups led to gunfire. Police say the shooting occurred near near Snyder High School, where the victims are students, and followed a dispute that began inside the school and continued outside.

Police say they had identified the gunman and expected an arrest soon as an 18-year-old girl, and two boys, aged 17 and 15, were hospitalized for non-life threatening injuries. The mayor said that one of the students was shot in the foot, one in the arm and one in the shoulder.
